What is Coaching?

Let's be honest—there are a lot of people out there ready to tell you exactly what you should be doing with your life. Coaching isn't that.

Coaching is a space for you to explore ideas, set goals, and take steps toward what actually matters to you. It's not me handing you a blueprint or a one-size-fits-all plan. It's us working together so you feel empowered and confident in your own decisions.

Here's how it works:

You're the expert on your life. You know your values, your challenges, your strengths, and what success looks like for you—even if it doesn't always feel that way in the moment.

My role is to support you, ask thoughtful questions, and help you uncover possibilities that feel meaningful to you. If it fits your needs, I can share tools or resources to support your progress—but you always choose what works best for you.

What coaching is NOT:

Coaching isn't therapy—we're not treating mental health conditions or diving into past trauma. If that's what you need, I'll help you find the right resources.

Coaching isn't consulting—I'm not swooping in with all the answers. That wouldn't work anyway.

And coaching isn't about fixing you, because you're not broken. You might be stuck, overwhelmed, or ready for something different. That's exactly where coaching comes in.

What happens in a session?

We talk. We explore. We get curious about what's working, what's not, and what you actually want. You set the agenda—always. Whether you're balancing training with life or trying to feel more engaged day-to-day, we start where you are and figure out where you want to go.

Progress over perfection. Small steps that actually move you forward. Your life, your goals, your way.
