Hey, I'm Caleigh

I've always been someone who wants to make my little corner of the world just a bit better. For a long time, I thought that meant creating things—I studied studio art in college and initially pursued a career in photography. I loved the process of taking something from idea to reality, but over time I realized what I really loved was the human side of it all.

For almost a decade, I've worked with an Employee Assistance Program, and it's taught me more than I could have imagined about what it means to care for the whole person. Not just the work version or the "I've got it all together" version, but the real, messy, complicated version of us that shows up every day trying to do our best.

Here's what I love about coaching: You're the expert on your own life. Not me, not some guru on the internet—you. My job isn't to tell you what to do or hand you a one-size-fits-all plan. It's to help you figure out what you actually want, what matters to you, and how to get there in a way that feels right for your life.

I'm currently completing my certifications as a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) and through the International Coaching Federation (ACC). I've finished the education piece and am now getting the hands-on hours, which honestly is the best part—getting to work with real people on real challenges.

I grew up playing pretty much every sport available in my area, and these days you'll find me training for triathlons, hiking, paddleboarding, or at the gym. I get what it's like to want to push yourself, to chase that next goal, and to try to balance all of it with everything else life throws at you. I also know what it's like to fall short, to have to adjust, and to realize that "perfect" isn't the point—progress is.

Whether you're someone trying to figure out your next small step toward a healthier, more engaged life, or an athlete juggling training with work, relationships, and everything in between, I get it. You're more in control than you think, and you already have more answers than you realize. Sometimes you just need someone to help you see them.

Let's figure out where you want to go and how to actually get there—together.
